Our favorite local florist closed so we decided to try this place as a substitute. The flowers were ordered on a Tuesday, to be delivered Thursday. They were not delivered and when my husband called Friday to tell them there was a problem, they argued with him initially, then realized it was their error, and told him I would need to go get them myself at the store on Saturday.
