We are very unhappy with the service we received, we ordered a certain piece that contained no Lilies. Because of an allergy. The piece that was received had lilies. After I specified No lilies due to allergies. The promised a call back from a supervisor and we have yet to receive that call 36 hours later.
Thank you for your excellent & prompt service.More beautiful than the photo online! Well done. Will definately use your service again. The arrangements ( which were many) and Sprays were just beautiful, full and large. Excellent service!!
Their website is very user friendly and slick. I ordered a Christmas center piece for my in-laws from Alberta. The center piece was so much more beautiful then the picture however stuck with the colour palette I chose.
