They get 2 stars only for effort...sort of. My husband ordered flowers online on 2-11... from THEIR website for valentines day. The day before valentines he called them to make sure everything was ok. They told him they didn't see his order. He said he ordered online. They told him they cancelled using FTD (online) a few weeks ago so that's why it didn't go through. It's STILL part of their website. And why would you cancel using FTD right before Valentine's day??? Whatever... they looked up his order and said they would do ... read more
