We had Rose’s Country Catering provide the meal for my parents’ 25th wedding anniversary, and they were absolutely incredible to work with! The staff was amazing—friendly, professional, and very easy to communicate with throughout the planning process. They were so accommodating to our requests, even preparing gluten-free and dairy-free sides without hesitation, which meant all of our guests felt included and cared for. I called to inquire about pricings on a dinner buffet for my wedding and was talked to very rudely. she refused to inform me in her pricing, cut me off and just had a very hostile tone about her. she insisted I had already called mmeanwhle that was my first call... ugh I'm in shock of how rude she was over the phone. for a first impression point of view that terrible customer service. unhelpful and would not reccomend at all.
