Neither the receptionist or Dr R cares about their patients… don’t come here. She gets paid to see you for 5 minutes and tell you your symptoms don’t matter
File a complaint with CPSO if you need. She has been reported before for ignoring a pt who ended up having CANCER which should've been caught early by Dr. Rosenthall Despite being challenged by the governing board, she has NOT changed anything at her shitty clinic. The other critical reviews are accurate... Rosenthal was extremely dismissive, unprofessional, rude, and rushed the consult with my mom (less than 5 minutes). When results came back nominal, my mom noted that she still had pain, with it being visually clear that there's a lump on her neck. Rosenthal, instead of investigating further, dismissed my mom entirely to say that there's no pain!!
