Experience with Dr. Rosenthal and staff was excellent. Wait time was minimal and Dr. Rosenthal was thorough and professional yet personal. Overall experience was great ..... I felt at ease through the whole process.
After going to 2 HCAs emergency rooms with no luck then Hollywood Memorial ER and Broward North ER because they told me they had an ENT on call. Apparently, they tell everybody that they will call an ENT to help you but I spent all day and evening there and they never came. Over 9 doctors tried to remove a piece of silicone swimmers ear plug from my ear with no luck. Dr. Rosenthal did it within minutes.
