Worst experience ever Cluttered, dirty, odd merchandise, pushy sales people, dogs in the showroom. I was looking for contemporary furniture but this was unbelievable. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
They will find it Almost every piece of furniture we've owned over 30 years has been from Rosenthals. In fact our very first purchase was from Rosenthals. Remember buying your first car? It was that exciting. Anyways, Rosenthals has a huge selection. If you don't see what you're looking for they will find it!

Item was chipped The store is messy, but we got a good deal for what we wanted. They told us it would take 6 - 8 weeks. It took 6 months! They didn't call us to tell us what was going on. We had to hunt them down. When it arrived, the item was completely wrapped when we went to pick it up. This obviously deters the buyer from inspecting it. When we brought it home, we wound up with a big chip in the corner of our furniture and Rosenthal's said we were out of luck since it left the store. Best quality & best prices I have purchased furniture for several rooms in my home from Rosenthal's. I have never been disappointed with the quality the price or the service. If they do not have it in stock, they will find what you need and get it to you. It is fun just to visit the store in the historic downtown location just to see what the trend is. I love my massage chair the best.
Great Choice for Furniture I have purchased most of my furniture for three different homes over a thirty year span at Rosenthal Furniture Co and have always been very satisfied. I found the in-store interior designer to be extremely helpful and I get compliments all the time from guests who visit my home. The furniture is high quality, very comfortable, and moderately priced. Service has been excellent and I have sent many family members and friends to Rosenthal's who have thanked me for the referral.
Not a typical furniture store Walking into the store I wasn't sure what to expect but it is very large and definitely not what I thought. This furniture store is very different and is mainly contemporary style. It is fun to look at and the prices are pretty reasonable.
Fun alternative We've been looking for some new furniture for our living room and we found some great pieces at Rosenthals--not just the run of the mill stuff you get at the chain stores. Rosie also helped us with the design choices-- fun fabrics and how to get the right size and flow of furniture for our rooms. The furniture is just beautiful. Reasonable prices for really high quality.
Great furniture store! Rosenthal Furniture is a wonderful store and business. You would have to search all over to find their incredible contemporary furniture and accessories in one place. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and very patient with their customers. They are always willing to "go the extra mile." I would recommend this furniture store to anyone. Each time I visit there is always something new and exciting!
