We had senior technician Dane come out and look at our AC unit for a repair. He was very professional and polite during his assessment. Dane let us know it was the fan motor that was failing and gave us a quote to replace it along with another quote to replace the entire unit if we wanted that option (since the unit was 15+ years old). Terrible Company, Beware of Rosenthal My parents had a Rosenthal technician who will remain unnamed come out to do a yearly inspection of our heating system. It was already in good, working condition. All we needed was an inspection to ensure its continued safety. He told us it was safe, disconnected the wiring, and left without telling us he had disabled the heater. Bed time rolled around and my dad went to put on the heat and there was none. Yesterday I had my fall furnace tuneup done by Adrean. He was very polite and asked if I had any questions or concerns. My only complaint is that I had requested a different technician (Alex), who I have had in the past and really liked. I think he is fairly new, but I’m sure he will be a real asset to Rosenthal heating and AC. Good job, Adrean!
Dane was great. Had a AC checkup. It was not working when he turned it on. It was a simple part. Fixed in no time... just had Angel do a furnace clean and check he did a great job..
Great experience. Dane was prompt, efficient, friendly and informative. Would highly recommend.
