I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. I really wish they didn't make me schedule an appointment for everything. Even if I just want a question answered, they still make me schedule an appointment. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. It was really hard to get an appointment with them. I understand they're busy, but I wish they had been able to get me in sooner.
