Shameful. Ms. Rosenthal appears late to court, if she appears at all. She is totally unprepared. She has a well earned reputation with court personnel as incompetent. I am currently suing her for refusal to refund my retainer balance.
Be aware, this lawyer is one if not the worst lawyer i have used. she will sell herself as the best and effective you could ever meet, but the history is different. she will take your money and they will try to get out of the case without finishing it. she will be late to all court appearances and the judges all hate her because of her lateness which will not help you at all. so go find better ones out there because anybody is better i and many other will guarantee it.
