The service Ive received at this dealership is exceptional. I'm very fortunate that it's right next to my house. I've had some not great experiences with dealerships in the past but this one's a winner.
On August 6, we brought our vehicle in for a safety recall and an oil change. During the visit, our service advisor, Bryan, informed us that the timing belt tensioner was leaking and explicitly stated in a text message that 'if the timing belt tensioner gives out, the engine will seize and the car will not turn back on.'
