The reason I am writing is that I want to help others to avoid mistake I did in dealing with this tax preparer. The only time I used Rosnthal service was my ta return 2015. I was self-employed and carried form 1095-misc with me. That time I knew nothing about taxes and completely relied on "professional" (very bad decision). But, hey, that is why you use a service! I gave this business a great review when I started working with Miki. However I have since fired her as my accountant. It is clear she has no idea how to deal with remotely complex bookkeeping. After wasting months of our time and getting nowhere we have engaged a competent CPA to assist who has completed in 3 weeks what Miki could not in 2 months.
