This doctor without looking at my medical history & despite me trying to tell him several times my specific health issues started long before my pain meds I’m prescribed by palliative care, immediately within 30 seconds of meeting me decided my only option was to come off ALL prescribed pain meds. Dr. Richard Rosenquist has been my doctor for 10 years. I went to him after another doctor performed surgery on my hand and ignored my concern that something had gone terribly wrong. Dr. Rosenquist saw me and diagnosed CRPS. He has always listened very well and is very compassionate. The CRPS has substantially improved. He is willing to try some nontraditional treatments and for that I am grateful. I am now seeing him after I fell for chronic back pain and muscle strain. This doctor told me “I know, you hate the whole world” as my greeting. He did not examine me. When I was supposed to get an injection, his office failed to get correct authorization, I was turned away and fraudulently billed for a pregnancy test and IV. I contacted the ombudsman at the Cleveland clinic with no resolution. Ditto for my insurance company’s fraud hotline, The Cleveland lied and said they had performed these procedures. Dr. Rosenquist is cruel and unprofessional.
