Staff was great. Doctor was like speaking to a lifelong friend.
I’ve had the worst experience ever with a doctor with Dr. David Rosenheck.. I had a test done in June and could not get the result. The office cancelled my appointment 3 times., one of which they never called and I showed up and was told, I had no appointment.The reason for the cancellations were that Dr. Rosenheck became a grandfather! Wow! After the 3rd cancellation, I requested that Dr Rosenheck call me with the results. His staff gave him 5 messages to call me, he never did, despite him knowing how upset I was. Doctor David is pleasant, I'm a current patient, but it's impossible to schedule an appointment, it's tough to get someone on the phone and there are no call backs after numerous messages. It seems as if all they are interested in is the first appointment, after that, nothing.
I love Dr Rosenheck and his staff Wouldn't go anywhere else.
They sent me to the Old bridge office and was told that the DR isn’t even in the building today he’s in Edison. I clarified two times over the phone that I wanted to to be seen in Old bridge. So after waiting a month just to get a appointment now they pull this so now I have to go even LONGER without treatment. Very unprofessional office staff.
