I paid $8000 for a roof replacement and had serious issues with the application that Rosengarten used. They confirmed that there was a chemical reaction to their application and they need to redo the roof. After months of emails and calls they still haven’t returned to the house.

They are driving the truck around like maniacs. Going striaght in the turn only lane, weaving in and out of the lane, tailgating. Really bad look, your going to kill somebody. At 940am on september 11th.
Nick and his crew did an outstanding job replacing my roof. Not only did they replace the roof itself, but they also went above and beyond by troubleshooting and addressing hidden damage that couldn’t be seen beforehand. They were reliable, fast, and thorough, repairing not just the roof, but also the gutters, flashing, soffit, and even some siding work.
