A little disappointed I’ve been calling all day today and the Friday before. To ask for paperwork that I need to work. First few times the line was busy. Next three times left on hold for over 20-30 minutes before hanging up to call back. Now phones are turned off 1/2 an hour ahead before they even close. No way to leave a message or talk to anyone unless it’s a direct emergency to reach the doctor on call. The best part the office I used was closed down and they never informed us as patients.
Consistently have to wait and hour + after my appointment time to see Dr Rosenfeld almost never on time
