Rosenbloom Paper Co has a nice selection and good quality products, but my experience was just okay. The store could be a bit more organized, and customer service felt a little rushed. It wasn’t a bad visit, but it also didn’t stand out as great. There’s definitely potential, just a few things that could be improved.
I am not happy with the customer service, because I was getting balloons for my daughter and shortly after one of the balloons was deflating, so I went back to the store to ask to refill the balloons because I paid them 15$, but they said that “it’s not their responsibility for the balloons deflating” but all I wanted to fill it up again.i hope you guys don’t do that again, and I don’t wanna hurt the business so I’m just going to give you 4 stars
Maria was very helpful and took time to help me pick colors and listen to my ideas. She was wonderful and I got what I needed when no other stores had them. Including hand balloon pump and certain colors for balloons. Definitely recommend since party city is out of business!!
Rosenbloom's has been around for ages partly because they have most anything you could want for catering or throwing a memorable party. You might need to ask for help finding something and it can feel a bit cluttered, but odds are they will have what you want/need.
Love this store & have been coming for years but when you stop in & the door is locked when they are supposed to be open and you are told that they are in a meeting and will have to wait 10 minutes, not cool & very unprofessional.
