Do not buy from them!!!!!! BEWARE!!! We ordered furniture and while waiting for a response for a shipment date (one month later) they said it was discontinued. This came AFTER charging our account. I am still waiting for a refund. I have reported their actions as fraudulent. To all the previous reviewers please report them to your attorney general and the police.
I had a great customer service experience, which is why I wonder if they made some policy or hiring changes. To be honest, if I had seen the older reviews before making the purchase, I might not have gone with Rosenberry. I'm thrilled to report though that Merryl has been so helpful handling the delivery of a damaged bookshelf. I left a voicemail message about the damaged bookshelf and the next day, I received a returned call. If I could add more stars, I would. I ordered a beautiful loft bed set for my son's newly remodeled room. When it came we weren't ready to set it up yet so we put it in the garage, still boxed. When it came time to set it up, we opened one of the boxes and saw that a piece was damaged. We were told when we got the set that we needed to inspect it for damage immediately as Rosenberry only had 30 days to file a claim with the shipper. I HATE writing reviews like this...I ordered two baby name plaques (painted wooden boards) as hopefully, Christmas gifts November 17, 2017. Today is February 7, 2018. Every time I contact them, they make no attempt at amends. Apparently they employ the slowest artists on the planet. I tried to cancel the order since it was taking so long and they told me I could not. I could have ordered from another company and had them by Christmas as I had originally hoped.
