By far the best bagels in Colorado, as good as what you get in NY and NJ
Been here 5-6 times over the past few months. Was happy to spend the money because it was really good, but that changed last week for me. Ended up getting food poisoning from a 17 dollar bagel sandwich and had to call out from my shift. Not impressed :/
Freddy went out of his was to make our experience outstanding! When an order mistake occurred, he and his team worked to make it right and did it quickly. He was extremely hospitable, apologetic, and clearly dedicated to a high level of consistent customer service. In a growing transactional atmosphere and culture wherein businesses see customers as dollar signs instead of people, Freddy made sure to connect in a way that valued human connection.
