The homes on their site are beautiful and the quality is what we are seeking for in our custom retirement home. However, they won't be building for us. When I contacted them for an initial appointment, woman who answered their phone was not even trying to be helpful. Told me that they would have to review our plans to see if it was a good fit for "them", even though I told her we were not set on any one plan.
