Worse experience of my life. Waited 1 1/2 hours, and I was 30 minutes early like I was told. Waited 1/2 hour in the treatment room. I thought the staff went to lunch and forgot about me. Then the doctor came in and made me feel like why was he here. I would not recommend wasting your time.
Had sinus surgery 2/15/2024 after he twice promised "I can help you breath better." Also was supposed to fix my deviated septum. When I went in for my final post-op, he asked "what are you here for?" I moved from Venice in May 2024 and quickly had 3 sinus infections in 4 months. My new ENT said, "and you have a deviated septum, about 50%" Still having trouble breathing normally. Mediocre work by Dr R.
It's been awhile since my last sinus surgery and helped me IMMENSELY ! Very kind and professional. Christine Schmidt
