As I purchase this motorcycle in February 25 now with 33000 km later stop in at the shop and the staff are helpful and friendly with a family orientated business 🫢😇mechanic suggested to me to make a change I thank you🤔 as an adult I choice on my own to try it all I will say is WOW
Urgently needed a tyre after a totalling a rear tyre coming into Rockhampton(see photo) on way back to Brisbane. I arrived at Rosenbergs just before they opened on a Monday and the team there were so friendly and offered fantastic assistance. I was sorted immediately and was on the road by 10a. Highly recommend.
The Service and Parts Team are excellent! Popped in late afternoon on the off chance they had a rear tyre for a Kawasaki KLR 650, as mine was very worn. I'm part way through a lap around Australia and on a tight schedule so was worried they would have to order one. However, they had a tyre, and they were able to fit me in that afternoon to get it fitted. Plus spotted a couple of other things that needed sorting on the bike and did them for me as well. Team were awesome, so appreciated their help and work!
