On Sunday October 7th we came in to Rosenbergs looking for something to cover a shattered car window and were directed to the department needed. We made our purchase and needed to get out of the rain to be able to cover the window. We pulled into the shop and were greeted by the 3 guys that would be of much assistance! I had a great experience today. My hose connection for my dishwasher broke. I took all the pieces in and John assessed the problem quickly. He found the piece I needed. Then, he took off the old one ( he had to use pliers) and replaced the washer for me. Very friendly and helpful. The washers and the part only cost $2.38. I went home and it went together perfectly and my dishwasher is running again. Thank you.

Amazing customer service from Ryan at the contractor desk. Makes me want to spend even more money there. Great service and the prices are more reasonable than you'd think.
It is a real pleasure in today's world to find a place that still practices old fashioned customer service.
