The alternator on my wife's car went out on Monday morning while she was headed to work. I recently moved to the area and my regular mechanic is no longer convenient. So I started calling mechanic shops in the Richmond area. Everybody is back logged with work from the storm and said they couldn't even look at the vehicle to make sure it was just an alternator until Tuesday morning and earliest to repair would be possibly Wednesday.
