This place is absolutely awful!! We called them about our water line not being connected. They came out and gave us a quote and told us how they would fix it. So we went forward with them. Without any phone call for a week. We had to keep calling them to see what the hold up was. They said they had to order the part and they just happen to receive it that day. Interesting! So the tech came out and saw it was the WRONG PART! so we had to wait another week for him to get the right part! Which again we had to keep calling them ... read more
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Repairman Jonathan scratch the front of my Whirlpool dryer across the the door and gouge the bottom panel, remocing the paint. When confronted with the damage, he denied it. When I called the shop, Louis said he would speak with him which resulted in Jonathan calling me and telling me - "You are a liar!" I have 3 witnesses here to attest to the fact that my dryer was not scratched. Also, Jonathan the repairman failed to show up with the proper tools and had to use MY shop vac to vacuum out the bottom... read more
