Instead of receiving informed triage, I was directed to a quiet area, where a staff member raised their voice and demanded that I leave. We are from Michigan. My son fell in Chicago and came here for treatment. CT scan showed fracture. 2 stars because the doctor took the time to do the CT scan and didn’t just stop at X-ray. The frustration sets in at the aftercare mark. My son is to see ortho within a week but was denied images to bring for an appointment, despite staff knowing he is from out of state. Requested imaging after appointment and told it will take 5 business days to get imaging and that’s if they don’t need to mail it, that’s just to process the r... read more
