The woman in the front desk is absolutely horrible. Why does she even work here?
Very rude front desk!
Unprofessional and dismissive front desk experience. The receptionist was extremely rude, condescending, and acted as if basic courtesy was beneath her. Instead of being helpful, she was short, impatient, and made the visit unnecessarily uncomfortable. First impressions matter, and this one was bad enough that I won’t be returning. Management should seriously reconsider who they put as the first point of contact
