I consulted Mr. Rosen's website to find out what is applicable to divorce in North Carolina (for my best friend who needs to get divorced) vs. what I encountered for my own divorce experience in Virginia. I found the website so helpful that I signed up for the weekly emails. I have collected all of them and put them in a folder for my friend when he is ready. I only wish I had had this kind of help when I was going through my divorce! My settlement would have been a whole lot different and been in my favor!
