Joe Rosen contacted us from information through the Florida Department of Financial Services concerning negligence by Prudential Insurance Company where they released $4,000.00 to an unknown individual from my husband's life insurance policy. A lawsuit was filed and a hearing was held on August 24, 2016 where a trial date is set for sometime in December, 2016. So far I have no complaint. More to come following the outcome. ECFurlow
