Called last week and spoke to Diane to make an appointment. She was very friendly and helpful. We made my appointment for this week. I went in yesterday for my visit. Everything went very well. Dr Rosen was thorough, and friendly, as well. I'm not sure where the complaints are coming from as my experience was excellent.
Truly outstanding physician. I work for Comcast so I know about customer service and this doctor is brilliant and a gentleman and charismatic and empathic. Worked with me and my caretaker stress and my mom wit Alzheimer's.
