If you value your time, money, or sanity, I would advise you to avoid Rosen Hyundai at all costs. I had my vehicle left burgled and vandalized in an attempted theft over this past weekend, and dealing with that was honestly less frustrating than working with the service team at this dealership. I wish I could say that this experience was a standalone, but I have been a regular patron of Rosen Hyundai since purchasing my vehicle in early 2020 and the level of service has drastically declined in the last few years. This review is difficult to write because I've always had a great experience with Rosen Hyundai's sales department. I bought a vehicle here over 10 years ago, and we recently decided to bring my husband's car to their service department. Years ago, I stopped using the service department because the communication wasn't great. I will say that their communication has improved significantly. I took my car in Wednesday morning for service without an appointment and the great service staff took care of me and my vehicle with kindness and professionalism. My car was ready to go by that afternoon with no hassle. Also covered by the extended warranty! :) Thank you Rosen for your reliable and friendly service!
