Customer service speaks rudely. The women have some sort of attitude and got rude and over spoke me when explaining to them a problem. She didn’t want to hear it basically…They don’t seem to care about customer concerns. I politely asked the woman’s name. I called back and Victoria was non chalant disregarding my inquiry and didn’t give me the employees name either.. she just disregarded what I was saying..Hotel was good but the younger women aren’t interested in hospitality and pleasant personality.

They sent my W2 to the wrong address even though I received it from them last year. I gave my boss my updated info but can't find the email. I know I wrote it down for her and sure I emailed it too. Despite receiving it at the proper address last year, they don't have the updated address on file. I have been at my current residence for 2 years.
