What a wonderful experience! We worked with Jay on buying 4 different styles of window treatments for several rooms. Jay helped us find and select the best options for each room. He made it easy! Maria was also wonderful helping us track the shipments to our home. When one item arrived wrong from the manufacturer, they got it re-made and re-shipped incredibly quickly. Every step of the way, they made us feel well-taken care of. We'll certainly be back, and we highly recommend Rosen Decorators.
