Super convenient location and generous lap lane swim hours starting at 5am weekdays so you can get your swim in before work or a long day at the parks. Also has a complete gym. So I could do my swim & gym Sundays with deadlifts, etc. Purchase a $10 day pass online. If you have any trouble with their website on mobile, one phone call and they will help you out. The gym is very good. They take your money but won't tell you how limited the pool hours are. I'm leaving the chiropractor's office, and he just told me the Rosen pool is always changing their pool hours. 2 lifeguards told me I could swim from 4:00 to 4:25 pm, but the lifeguard at the small pool said that information wasn't true....so I never got in a swim. The pool is generally for lessons and certain groups. You're basically paying so other people can use the pools, not you .

On the day I signed up, I was told that I could use all the services and come on any day. But now, every time I go, I can’t use the teaching pool because it’s reserved for people who are taking swimming lessons. When I complained, they said they had sent an email, but I never received any email from them. I asked to speak with the manager, but instead they brought a regular staff member and falsely told me that he was the manager.
