When it was time for me to take my grandfather to get care at the facility for the elderly, I was recommended to look into this facility so I went to personally check out the place in person and immediately after talking to the owner, I felt confident that it would be a perfect place for him. My aunt is currently staying at this facility, and trusting others with someone you love is never easy. My mother stayed at Rosemont for about a year and a half before she passed. We were very pleased with how she was cared for the entire time she was there. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable in supporting her, as her dementia was quite severe as time went on. The meals were healthy and always home cooked. My mom’s room was kept neat and they did an excellent job with her hygiene care. We were referred to Rosemont from friends and have no regrets. Our family’s experience with Rosemont Villa was extremely positive. The caregiver’s were like family to us, warm and caring. We trusted them completely with our uncle who was a resident there for two years. If I ever need a residential care facility again, Rosemont will be my first call.
