Member for almost 4 years and I had my account on hold while I was out of country. They had me pay $30 for a workout because I am a “walk in” and the only person who could have reactivated my account - Kathy was gone for the day. I love workout make me feel good and strong
Documented with front desk staff that a piece of equipment was broken and unsafe for over a month. Staff said they knew about it for a while and couldn't do anything about it. So if you're one of the people that ends up getting hurt on equipment here, this review would probably help a lot with your lawsuit. Very disappointing service from a $70+ a month gym.
