Had a colonoscopy this morning every single person was so beautiful Dr Williams was so lovely and all the nursing staff the receptionist was lovely
Great staff super caring and helpful as was Anaesthetist Dr Grant Hardy As for Dr Williams she was uncaring cold unhelpful and made me feel like I was a waste of time After years of suffering and discomfort she gave a one word treatment option which I told her it hadn’t worked so I’m now back to where I was years ago Previously had Dr Cusick who was the complete professional kind caring and helpful
I got a procedure done a month back and I was informed that I will get one bill at a later date, I have been waiting for a month to get the bill and get a claim from my health fund (I have received a part of the bills, which costs a considerable amount, but I can't claim separately). I have been asking for assistance from the management, but they have not been helping me so far. If you could use another place, please do so. I'm very disappointed.
Rosemont is now under new ownership and management. I worked for Rosemont for 3 years. I don't recommend anyone to work at Rosemont under the new practice manager Phil. Previous practice manager provided a great work life balance, she was caring, excellent at her job and Phil's approach to employees that have children that they're an inconvenience. Great aneathasist , Dr long, great doctor Belinda Kendall, lovely friendly in charge nurse. Thank you guys. However one of the receptionist myself i found her not to be very supportive/calming. My friend who was rung also found her to be very curt. Hence why only 4 stars. Feedback good and not so good is important for a business.
