It was easy to sign in. My friend wasn’t in her room and a nice member of staff told me where she was and walked with me to find her!
My family had experience with both assisted care and memory care. There are some pleasant individuals there, but often there time is spent gossiping instead of checking on the living conditions of the residence. Often my family member was soiled and care to the room and toilet needed to be addressed. I would sometimes go home and come back a daily later to see if the cleanliness was addressed. It wasn’t. My heart was broken today to come to see my grandpa and he had been moved by his wife. After finding out she had filed a 30 day notice we asked to be kept in the loop about whether or not he had been or was going to be moved. We were ghosted by the director Amie and thought we could trust her. It is sad to know we were wrong. We went to see my grandpa nearly every day even while we are a busy home.
