Had a new makeover recently to allow for building to look more a clinic. The staff at the reception are both professional and friendly. Have never had a problem getting a doctors appointment, seeing the pyhsio or nurse. Great work all round and always recommend Rosemead Drive surgery to others when I hear them moaning about their own doctors surgery.
It's a veil toxic surgery who write racist remarks on your GP file.. a doctor who spoke to reena at adult social care accused me of being groomed by Muslims when I was helping children who's farther passed away to go see their mother in hospital who can't breath on her own .. They accused me of being related to a police officer who's not my family? They closed 1 surgery for refurbishment and are not able to meet the needs of the public.. I had a telephone consultation with Dr Chan yesterday regarding my ongoing menopausal issues. He was compassionate, understanding and caring. We went through a full detailed consultation where I was asked what medication I was taking, how I was taking it etc. He asked a lot of in depth questions trying to understand my problems. Dr Aarti Patel has such a bad attitude, this needs addressing formally. Her correspondence over txt message is awful, heartless to say the least, no empathy (I’m glad this is in a txt message, easier to build a case). Dr B Patel and Dr Vijay are very good and very friendly, comes across professionally and shows good empathy for your illness. I’ve not had any dealings with other doctors. Cath on reception is fantastic 5 stars for her.
