The services are good, but they really need to answer the phone. I've been calling the office for the past month and no one answers the phone, if they want patients they need to answer or everyone will go somewhere else.
they never answer their phone and they only have one reception who calls out and cancel on us i was supposet to get my teeth fix and never happened i was waiting on their phone call to reschedule a 3rd time cancelation on me they never called me back this is ridiculous
I was recommended to Dr. Orellana by a family friend. Every time I step into the office, I feel at home. Dental work can sometimes be anxiety provoking but Dr. Orellana has a way of making the process a soothing one. She genuinely cares about her patients.
