I have a long term medical condition that means I need to have annual medical and medication reviews. I often have to wait weeks or months for an available appointment, and then they will send me a text to say "unfortunately" the appointment had to be cancelled, and I need to ring and rebook. I've had this happen so many times it's ridiculous! Can't get through on the phone to rebook without waiting for half an hour in a queue either. I wonder why the Rosemary surgery is there honestly. They ask you to ring at a certain time you cal and then they say they can't get you in if everyone is callonf at that time how do you expect to get everyone in. I have been calling for nearly an hour and then to be told I have to call at the next appointment hour. Absolutely ridiculous and when I called. I have to call tomorrow.
This surgery is beyond poor. Poor doctors that simply don't care. Impossible to see same doctor twice and something v strange going on that 7 people including myself that go here are struggling to get a referral to the hospital or even a simple blood test from this surgery. Disgraceful doesn't even come close. Lump under arm, first doc said swollen lymph node, second doctor ingrown hair, told me to come back in 2wks. I have nothing but appreciation for this practice, they have been excellent with me and my wife. They have never stopped with my investigations to find a diagnosis which turned out to be cancer which they have truly supported me 100% all the way alongside Kings Mill Hospital, I am truly thankful to you all for all your support so far and I know I still have a hill to climb but feel comfortable and confident with your support 😇😇
Trying to make an appointment with a doctor turns into a real quest. Through the website – constant glitches, by phone – constant waiting, and, as a result, appointments are booked a month in advance. When you finally get to the appointment, you are given catastrophically little time. The doctor rushes, doesn't really listen, and writes out standard prescriptions.
