Fix your phone line! It's a joke waiting over 1hour (being number 3 in the queue) to hear "hello ? Hello ? I can't hear you." No call back what ever. Not the first time it happened.
I finally had my call answered this afternoon and I was gobsmacked to be given an appointment on 6th August, despite saying I had a persistent cough and shortness of breath! Over 6 weeks time!! With a Dr I've never heard of.... when I asked about the Dr I'm supposedly registered with, Dr Evans, she apparently had no appointments at all. Not impressed.
