I went to Dr. Fadool's office after being referred by the VA for my pregnancy. The ladies in this office are just some of the most amazing, funny, and sweet women I have ever met. They always welcomed me with a smile and the office if light hearted and kind to all. I was early on my delivery so unfortunately my Dr. Was not there however she did show up the following Day when I was in a haze so I felt comforted by her presence. Not basing rating on care or treatment but rather at the poor receptionist's rude demeanor. I called on 7/11/23 at 10:30 am for a new patient visit and asked if there was any availability for a certain time frame and before I could even finish my sentence, I was cut off with a very rude 'no we do not'. When I asked her if she was going to let me finish my sentence, which I was going to ask when the next availability would be, she laughed, so I disconnected the call.
