Stepan is the best in town. At least in town! He knows what I want better than I do.

Highly recommend Stepan at Rosemary District Barbers! I have been going to Stepan for about year now. The shop is upscale and there is an attention to detail each and every time! The shop is upscale and focuses on a one-on-one experience! The cut is very reasonably priced with a cut-straight razor-and style for under $50. Easy reservation system through Resurva right off the website! Highly recommend!
