Lovely patio. Pasta was al dente and well seasoned. Cocktails a little sweet for my palate but still good.
The bread was enjoyable, olive oil for it yellow and unremarkable. The frisée in our salad was browning and limp. The Veal Parmesan was cooked past Well Done with breading more suited to a crispy fried chicken, which was especially unfortunate because the veal had good flavor. The fettuccine Alfredo was good and the Pinot by the glass was acceptable. Happy hour cocktails are amazing! The decor is beautiful. We really enjoyed our 1st visit.
What an outstanding Del Ray dining experience! Calamari, 3 types of ravioli in one plate, plus spicy sausage, leeks and a creamy white sauce in the pasta combine to convince you to return often . Attentive staff, decor reminding you of small non-touristy restaurants in Italia, and wide selections on the menu. This is a wonderful gem in the neighborhood.
