terrible customer service - and ugly shirts – I was very organized with the setup of getting shirts because i wanted to make sure that they were done correctly and on time. However, even though i was organized and ordered them four weeks in advance they still weren't done on time. They never contacted me I was always the one calling to check up on them, but they had no problem cashing my check right away. Just Unprofessional – I am a marketing professional that has been dealing with all kinds of vendors for years. I have never encountered such a horrible and frightening experience as I did at this business. That is correct...I said frightening. I stopped in to pick up my 27 t-shirts and 12 other shirts I hand delivered for screen printing. The 27 t-shirts were there and ready to go. The 12 hand delivered shirts were not complete.
