Really enjoyed our stay at Rosellen Suites. While the room and building are quite dated, we found everything in good condition and very clean. There was PLENTY of towels, soaps, garbage bags etc and the place was quite comfortable. We were on the top floor so the room was a little warm. One of the staff did tell us this may happen but it was quite comfortable with the doors open. Le Check in s’est très bien passé, même avant l’heure prévue, royal avec nos valises pour 5. L’appartement est grand et très bien situé, quartier tres calme a 2 pas de Stanley Park. Par contre il est vieillot, une souris à grignoté nos brioches sur le comptoir, pas de verre pour boire, 2 tasses et 4 cuillères pour un appartement avec cuisinette de 6 personne, une cafetière filtre électrique pas de carafe pour recevoir le café. המלון נמצא ליד הפארק, עד מרכז העיר יש הליכה של בערך 30 דקות, חדר שינה אחד והסלון היו גדולים חדר השינה הנוסף היה קטן חדר השירותים והמקלחת היה מאוד קטן ולא היה מקום לשים אפילו את מברשת השיניים והיה מזגן רק בסלון ולא בחדרי השינה יש את כל הציוד במטבח אבל מאוד ישן איש הקבלה היה מאוד לא שירותי

The staff was helpful and courteous but we were not impressed with the quality of the room. Windows and bathroom desperately need an upgrade and the stove too. For $500+ a night, I expected better quality.
