Really BAD experience with Roselle Glass Company. At their direction via phone, i brought a screen for my sunporch to their location (cause they told me $100 to come out a measure) which was damaged which they measured from and was assured that they could make sure the new screen would be the appropriate size for the sunporch frame. i got the frames back and they do not fit. they are off by about 1/4 inch. i called them as soon as i installed the screens only to be told that my template was "mangled" and damaged. i was asked... read more
I worked with this company (the one located in Union) to have a glass panel in a skylight replaced. The skylight was made up of an obscure wire glass which is no longer produced so I knew it would be difficult to find a company that would be able to replace the glass. I had used this company for another project and was pleased with their work so I decided to give them a call.
