I needed a new outlet installed in my basement for a water softener and from the moment I called and Spoke with Tory in scheduling all the way to the technician Fred coming to my house to complete the work, I was met with nothing but kindness and professionalism. While Fred was here I had him take a look at a couple of outlets that weren't working and he was able to get them working and didn't even charge me for it. I recently had Roselle Electric come out to fix and reinstall a job that another company, Affiliated in Downers Grove, had done horribly. What a difference! Tori was amazing — super kind, professional, and kept me updated every step of the way. Fred, the technician, did an excellent job fixing the mess and making everything look perfect. We just had Roselle Electric Services come out and replace a bathroom exhaust fan for us. The experience was excellent. It started with great communication and ended with great communication. Torri was quick getting us set up for an estimate and then scheduling the work to be done. The estimator came out and gave us a very reasonable price for the work to be done. I had a major job done, overhauling my way-overdue electrical systems inside and outside the house including a new breaker panel, installation of a line for a new AC unit, two fixture replacements, and outlet upgrades. I'm happy with the outcome of the job. Dan came to write up the estimate. He's a straight-talking dude, easy to work with, professional, and upfront.
