We booked one night at Rosella during our stay in Springbrook, and it was such a wonderful experience! The welcome from Jackie was incredibly warm and thoughtful. She was kind and attentive, and gave us several excellent recommendations for activities in the area as well as towns worth discovering nearby. The breakfast was awesome! I just spent 2 nights there on the 29th and 30th of June 2026. The couple who own the place are absolutely lovely and provide great customer service. The café was not open, so I cannot comment on that, as it is open Thursday to Sunday, I believe. The location is perfect, right across the road from Canyon Lookout and so close to most of the popular attractions and hikes, i.e. Best of All Lookout.
